Mr David Howe

Mr David Howe is a highly experienced Consultant ENT, Head and Neck Surgeon with a distinguished career dedicated to advancing patient care. After qualifying from Birmingham University Medical School in 1999 and completing his specialist training, he undertook a prestigious fellowship in Australia, gaining advanced expertise in head and neck surgery and endoscopic sinus techniques. Throughout his career, Mr Howe has been at the forefront of surgical innovation, instigating new services for minimal access parathyroidectomy and pioneering the first trans-oral robotic head and neck service in the Midlands.

Beyond his surgical practice, Mr Howe has held numerous leadership roles, including serving as a Clinical Lead for Head and Neck services, chairing multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the council of the Royal Society of Medicine. Currently, as a Pathway Lead for the West Midlands Cancer Alliance, he continues to focus on improving diagnostic and treatment pathways for patients with head, neck, and thyroid conditions. His extensive experience and commitment to medical excellence ensure that he provides patients with access to comprehensive, cutting-edge care.
